Transfer Ticket to next event#51

These are 2 suggestions, but go hand-in-hand.

1. Would be great to be able to “refund all” in Dandelion. I have an event with 26 tickets and I want to refund them all but would currently need to do each one manually, or go to stripe to refund them in one go.

2. Would be great to have an option to transfer tickets to a future event with the same revenue sharer. i.e. Darrens shroom shop gets canceled, but I can click on someones order and transfer to a future event (I get the option to choose which event to transfer the ticket to - no refund takes place).

Number 1 happens automatically if you delete the event.
