modify automated email text for an event#302

this would be the option to replace automated text for a given even when appropriate

All it says is “Thanks for booking onto Introduction to AI, Thu 11th Jan 2024, 4pm – Thu 1st Feb 2024, 6pm UK time (UTC +00:00). Your ticket is attached.”
