Allow to change/fix timezone#299

I’m stack with Europe timezone when looking at future events - probably becouse I mede last order when being there.

You can change this in your profile settings at https://dandelion.earth/accounts/edit

or if you’re not logged in, it uses the timezone of your current location as determined by your IP address
