Hey there; is there a way to stop people leaving anonymous comments and make them have to leave an email address so that i can reply to them? (and see who it is!). I find that generally the most negative ones tend to be anonymous and it is kind of frustrating from a customer service perspective, as I can’t open a dialogue with them and share a different perspective / make ammends accordingly. Hi Green, users have the option of making feedback anonymous. (By default feedback is not anonymous.) I’ll look into the possibility of allowing event admins to reply though.
