Add 'connect wallet' provider to expand beyond metamask (e.g. mobile wallet)#266

It’s currently only possible to connect a metamask wallet. While it’s the most used, it’s not the most future proof and mobile wallets are growing and are more likely to be used by new entrants to the crypto space (e.g. coinbase wallet).

Would suggest implementing Rainbow Kit or another solution https://www.rainbowkit.com/docs/introduction

This could also begin the work to support payment on other chains such as Polygon, zksync, optimism etc with lower fees.
