Allow Evergreen events with no date (or multiple dates?)#263

Not sure the best way to do this,
But would be great for Psysoc (and I imagine other organisations) to be able to host online courses etc that can start at any time, eg shroomshop masterclass
so they are on the carousel etc

Do the new features to share recordings cover this?
